RECI reports November NAV of 142.4p and maintains quarterly dividend

Real Estate Credit Investments Limited (LON:RECI), a non-cellular company incorporated in Guernsey, has announced that its Investment Manager’s monthly Fact Sheet as at 30 November 2025 is now available:

MONTHLY UPDATE

As at 30 November 2025, the Company was invested in a diversified portfolio of 24 investments with a valuation of £281.9m. The Company’s available cash was £31.8m and net effective leverage was 28.0%.

In the month, a Core+ senior loan for hotels and spas in the UK was fully repaid and realised £19.6m gross proceeds (7.0% IRR), and £35.7m was committed into a senior profit participating loan to refinance the same portfolio of assets.

ASSET VALUATIONS

Movements in NAV due to asset valuations amounted to negative £0.1m in the month. These related primarily to the write downs to the French office loans.
