Dekel Agri-Vision Plc Executive Director Lincoln Moore purchases 1.16 million shares

Dekel Agri-Vision Plc (LON:DKL), the West African agriculture company focused on building a portfolio of sustainable and diversified projects, has been notified that, Lincoln Moore, Executive Director, on 12 March 2024, purchased 1,160,000 ordinary shares of €0.0003367 each in the Company at a price of 1.583 pence per share.

As a result, Lincoln Moore now has a total notifiable share interest in the Company of 7,209,791 ordinary shares, representing 1.3% of the Company’s issued share capital.

Dekel Agri-Vision Plc is a multi-project, multi-commodity agriculture company focused on West Africa. It has a portfolio of projects in CĂ´te d’Ivoire at various stages of development: a fully operational palm oil project in Ayenouan where fruit produced by local smallholders is processed at the Company’s 60,000tpa capacity crude palm oil mill and a cashew processing project in Tiebissou, which is currently transitioning to full commercial production.
