Time Finance builds strategic leverage through Midlands origination

Time Finance

Time Finance has added to its Asset Finance team with a senior appointment focused squarely on the Midlands, marking a deliberate effort to scale origination in a region where SME lending appetite remains strong and under-served. Reece Martin joins the firm with a background in commercial finance and broker relationship management, both of which are critical to the company’s dual-channel strategy.

The Midlands is home to a high concentration of SMEs operating in manufacturing, distribution and services, sectors where the ability to move quickly on equipment and vehicle funding decisions can determine whether deals progress or stall. Time Finance is aligning its resource to meet that demand in real time.

The appointment complements the firm’s broader asset finance activity, which has been central to its lending portfolio in recent quarters. By reinforcing this with on-the-ground expertise in a high-density commercial zone, Time Finance is positioning itself to price risk more precisely, an increasingly important differentiator as credit conditions tighten.

Time Finance plc (LON:TIME) is an AIM-listed business specialising in the provision or arrangement of funding solutions to UK businesses seeking to access the finance they need to realise their growth plans. Time Finance can fund businesses or arrange funding with their trusted partners through Asset Finance, Invoice Finance, Business Loans, Vehicle Finance or Asset Based Lending.
