LondonMetric Property interim dividend for FY 2024/25

LondonMetric Property Plc (LON:LMP) today declared an 18.8% increase in its first quarterly interim dividend for FY 2024/25 to 2.85 pence per Ordinary Share.

The Dividend will be paid as a Property Income Distribution (“PID”) and is in line with LondonMetric’s progressive dividend policy. As in previous years, the Company will pay three equal quarterly dividends and a higher fourth quarterly dividend.

The timetable is set out below and it is intended that a scrip dividend alternative will be available to LondonMetric Property shareholders:
