Real Estate Credit Investments declares Q1 dividend; 10% yield at YE24

Real Estate Credit Investments Ltd (LON:RECI) has announced that it has declared a first interim dividend of 3.0 pence per Ordinary Share for the year ending 31 March 2025. The dividend is to be paid on 18 October 2024 to Ordinary Shareholders on the register at the close of business on 27 September 2024. The ex-dividend date is 26 September 2024.

Important changes to method of future dividend payments

Subject to future dividends being approved by the Board, the last payment supported by the issue of a cheque will be the dividend paid in April 2025. All future dividend payments, commencing with the payment expected to be made in July 2025, will be paid electronically by bank transfer. As part of this process, shareholders are required to register their bank account details with Real Estate Credit Investments’ Registrar, Link Group, either via one of the methods as detailed below.
