Real Estate Credit Investments Limited (LON:RECI), a listed investment company paying a regular quarterly high dividend, has announced that it has declared a third interim dividend of 3.0 pence per Ordinary Share for the year ending 31 March 2024. The dividend is to be paid on 5 April 2024 to Ordinary Shareholders on the register at the close of business on 15 March 2024. The ex-dividend date is 14 March 2024.

RECI has continued to deliver regular dividends since 2013 proving its mettle as one of the top-yielding UK income funds and stable UK income investment. 

For the financial year ended 31 March 2023, total quarterly dividends declared were 12 pence per share, giving Real Estate Credit Investments a yield of 9% over the financial year, based on a 133.5p share price at the close on 31 March 2023.
