Scotch Corner Designer Village plans to list on the Aquis exchange raising £25.5m of new shares in Scotch Corner Designer Village Holdings Plc (SCDV).

The IPO will provide investors with exposure to the UK outlet retail and leisure sector through a major development at the iconic Scotch Corner location in North Yorkshire.
