This week, former Love Islander Laura Anderson announced that she and Gary Lucy are expecting their first child together. Anderson, 33, shared a montage of her pregnancy journey so far on her Instagram page, which featured many pictures of Gary and clips of the couple together. However, shortly after the announcement, Gary confirmed that he and Laura had broken up. He noted, however, that his main focus was to co-parent the child and expressed his excitement for the new baby’s arrival.
The couple met on Celebs Go Dating last year and their relationship was highly publicized. Anderson had previously spoken about her difficulties with IVF and the couple had openly discussed settling down together.
The happy news follows shortly after Anderson posted a cryptic post to her Instagram page, leading some to believe that the couple had split.
