Golden Matrix Group Inc has expanded its European distribution network after its B2B content division Expanse Studios agreed a new content integration with Lobbet, a licensed online betting and gaming operator in Montenegro and part of Fortuna Entertainment Group.
The agreement enables Lobbet to offer Expanse Studios’ portfolio of proprietary online casino games to its customers in Montenegro. Integration is being delivered through DualSoft, which provides the technical framework connecting content providers and operators. By using an established aggregation platform, Expanse avoids the need for a separate direct integration, reducing complexity and accelerating deployment.
Montenegro is a regulated market, and the deal strengthens Golden Matrix’s footprint within compliant European jurisdictions. Each additional regulated entry adds to geographic diversification and reduces reliance on any single territory. While individually modest, such agreements collectively support the group’s strategy of building recurring B2B revenue streams across multiple licensed environments.
