Norcros publishes 2024 Annual Report and AGM Notice

Norcros plc (LON:NXR) has announced that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2024 and the 2024 Notice of Annual General Meeting.

Norcros announced its preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2024 on 13 June 2024.

The Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of Annual General Meeting will both be available on the Company’s website by accessing: www.norcros.com

The 2024 AGM will be held at 11.00am on 24 July 2024 at Addleshaw Goddard LLP, One St Peter’s Square, Manchester M2 3DE.

Copies of these documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism

In accordance with DTR 6.3.5(1A), the regulated information required to be communicated to the media by DTR 6.3.5 is available in unedited full text within the Annual Report as uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism and the Norcros website.
