hVIVO plc (Euronext & LON:HVO), (formerly Open Orphan plc) a rapidly growing specialist contract research organisation (CRO) and world leader in testing infectious and respiratory disease products using human challenge clinical trials, has confirmed that the Company’s Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be posted to shareholders today.

The 2022 Annual Report and Accounts can be found below, the Notice of AGM and accompanying form of proxy are available to download from the Company’s website www.hvivo.com.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of DAC Beachcroft LLP, 25 Walbrook, London EC4N 8AF, United Kingdom on 23 May 2023 at 11 am.
