Hays Plc (LON:HAS) has announced that Helen Cunningham will succeed Susan Murray as Chair of the Remuneration Committee following the conclusion of the AGM on 18 November 2026 and Susan Murray’s retirement from the Board. In accordance with the UK Corporate Governance Code, Helen has served on the Remuneration Committee for more than 12 months prior to her appointment as Chair.

Joe Hurd will be appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee with effect from the conclusion of the AGM on 18 November 2026.

Following a review of the Sustainability Committee’s remit, the Board has decided to disband the Sustainability Committee with immediate effect.
