Hays FY26 profit rises as momentum strategy drives cost savings

HAS

Hays plc (LON:HAY) has announced its preliminary results for the year ended 30 June 2026.

The Preliminary Results will also be available on the Hays website www.hays.com/investors, and have been submitted in full unedited text to the Financial Conduct Authority’s National Storage Mechanism.  A copy will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

Final dividend

The final dividend proposed of 0.29 pence per share is unchanged from the FY25 final dividend, representing 2.8x FY26 pre-exceptional earnings cover, and applying our historic one-third/two-thirds interim/final split. This brings the full-year payment to 0.44 pence per share.

The final dividend will be paid on 26 November 2026 to shareholders on the register on 16 October 2026. A Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP) is provided by Equiniti Financial Services Limited. The DRIP enables the Company’s shareholders to elect to have their cash dividend payments used to purchase the Company’s shares. The deadline to elect to participate in the DRIP is 3 November 2026.
