Union Jack Oil plc (LON:UJO, OTCQB: UJOGF), a UK and USA focused onshore hydrocarbon, production, development, exploration and investment company, has announced that Non-Executive Director, Craig Howie has purchased 122,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company at a price of 5.075 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Craig Howie holds a total of 3,377,000 Ordinary Shares equivalent to 2.21% of the issued share capital in the Company.
