Industry insider joins Physicians Capital advisory team

Physicians Capital

Physicians Capital has appointed Earl Anderson as Strategic Advisor, further deepening its bench strength with a proven operator from the heart of clinical leadership. With more than four decades of healthcare experience, Anderson bridges rare ground between front-line clinical practice and complex executive strategy.

Over a 22-year tenure as CEO of Tennessee Orthopaedic Clinics, Anderson oversaw a fivefold increase in revenue and played a pivotal role in the 2020 merger that formed Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance. That merger created one of the largest orthopaedic networks in the United States, with 115 physicians across 32 sites and a workforce of over 1,000.

Awarded the 2024 Innovator Award by the American Association of Orthopaedic Executives, Anderson has been a sought-after voice on healthcare strategy and physician group dynamics, presenting to influential organisations including The Advisory Board and Becker’s Healthcare Review.

Anderson’s role as Strategic Advisor will support the firm’s mission to enhance physician alignment, investment opportunity, and long-term value creation across its real estate portfolio.

Physicians Capital are the only physicians-owned private real estate investment firm that allows doctors to reclaim ownership, generate passive income and build long-term wealth.
