Experian COO Craig Boundy to step down

Experian plc (LON:EPXN), the global data and technology company, has announced that Craig Boundy has notified the Company of his intention to step-down as Chief Operating Officer and as a Director of Experian plc, on 20 August 2024. Craig leaves Experian to take up a new role as Chief Executive Officer of McAfee Corp, a global leader in online protection.

Mike Rogers, Experian’s Chair said “Experian’s success has been shaped in no small way by a highly talented team, of which Craig has been a long-serving and highly-valued member. We thank Craig for his many contributions, and he leaves with our best wishes.”

Brian Cassin, Experian’s Chief Executive Officer said “After 13 years as an outstanding leader at Experian, Craig has decided to embark on a new chapter in his career journey. Craig has had a defining and lasting positive impact on Experian. We are immensely grateful to Craig for this, and we wish him well on his new path.”
