Dr. Martens appoints Alia Gogi as independent non-executive director

Dr. Martens Plc (LON:DOCS) is has announced the appointment of Alia Gogi as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 September 2026.

Alia has significant international retail and commercial experience, with a strong track record across consumer brands, omnichannel growth and Asian markets. She was most recently President, Asia at Sephora, part of LVMH, where she oversaw operations across ten markets. She previously held a number of senior leadership roles at Sephora, including Managing Director for Southeast Asia and Senior Vice President of Merchandising for Asia and Greater China. Earlier in her career, Alia held senior commercial roles at A.S. Watson Group and in brand and category management at Nestlé and J Sainsbury. Alia is currently an Independent Director of global beauty company, Coty Inc.

Upon joining the Board, Alia will also become a member of the Audit and Risk, Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
