Diploma appoints Barbara Gibbes as Chief Financial Officer

Diploma PLC (LON:DPLM) has confirmed that Barbara Gibbes has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer by the Board at its meeting held yesterday, Monday 22 June 2020.

At the same time and as previously announced, Nigel Lingwood has stepped down from the Board on 22 June 2020 and will continue to facilitate a successful handover until he leaves the Group on 30 September 2020.

1.   No further information is required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13 in respect of Barbara Gibbes’s appointment as a Director of the Company.

2.   Details of Nigel Lingwood’s remuneration arrangements on stepping down from the Board, which are consistent with the Company’s Remuneration Policy approved by shareholders on 15 January 2020, will shortly be, as required by section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006, available on the Diploma website – www.diplomaplc.com
