Cora Gold Interview

Cora Gold: Standout Zone B grades point to a bigger Sanankoro mine plan (video)

Cora Gold Ltd (LON:CORA) CEO Bert Monro explains why the first results from the company’s 2026 drilling programme could have implications well beyond a single high-grade intercept. With 34 metres at 6.78g/t gold, including 9 metres at nearly 24g/t, drilled outside the existing resource pit shell at Zone B, the programme is testing how far Sanankoro can grow at depth, whether fresh-rock mineralisation could support an underground component, and how a larger resource could reshape the mine plan.

Monro also discusses the remaining permitting steps in Mali, progress towards replacing part of the Goldstream with senior debt, and the milestone that now matters most before construction can begin.
