Union Jack Oil plc (LON: UJO), a UK focused on-shore hydrocarbon production, development and exploration company announced today that its Notice of Annual General Meeting was posted to shareholders, along with the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2018, on 17 May 2019.

The Company will be holding its AGM at the offices of Osborne Clarke LLP, 2 Temple Back East, Temple Quay, Bristol, BS1 6EG on 13 June 2019 at 11:00 a.m.

Forms of proxy must be completed, signed and returned so as to be received by the Company’s Registrars by no later than 11:00 a.m. on 11 June 2019. Full details are set out on pages 67 and 68 in the Annual Report, which is available on the Company’s website (www.unionjackoil.com).
