Taylor Wimpey appoints Sarah Warby as independent non-executive director

Taylor Wimpey Plc (LON:TW.) has announced the appointment of Sarah Warby as an independent Non Executive Director with effect from 2 October 2026. Sarah will also become a member of the Nomination and Governance Committee and Remuneration Committee on appointment.

Sarah brings a wealth of experience in customer and brand and is Chief Customer Officer at Nando’s UK&I and an independent Non-Executive Director at MONY Group plc. She has over 30 years experience in customer and brand, having previously held positions including Chief Marketing Officer at J Sainsbury plc and CEO at Lovehoney Ltd. Sarah also chairs the High Streets Working Group for the Hospitality Sector Council.

Further to the Company’s announcement on 9 June 2026, Clodagh Moriarty, independent Non-Executive Director, has confirmed that she will step down from the Board on 31 August 2026.

Martyn Coffey, independent Non-Executive Director, will join the Company’s Remuneration Committee on an interim basis, pending the appointment of Sarah Warby.
