Senior plc (LON:SNR), an international manufacturer of high technology components and systems, has announced today that it has been awarded a multi-year contract by Airbus for the design, qualification and manufacture of various highly engineered Aerospace Standard parts for fluid conveyance applications.
The initial production will supply components for both dual and single aisle commercial aircraft platforms, with significant further potential in the spares and repairs markets. Delivery will begin in Q1 2026, from Senior’s facilities in Europe. This contract highlights Senior’s expertise in designing and producing complex, highly engineered, aerospace components, as well as its ability to secure major business with leading airframers. This award reinforces Senior’s strong and extensive experience in product design and qualification, and continued investment in advanced manufacturing technologies. These new product lines will further enhance Senior’s capabilities in pressed, formed, and highly engineered standard components.
