Savills completes Eastdil Secured acquisition

Savills Plc (LON:SVS) has completed the acquisition of Eastdil Secured Holdings, LLC, the global real estate investment bank, following the announcement on 12 March 2026 of the proposed transaction.

There have been no material changes affecting any matters contained in the announcement of 12 March 2026.

The transaction was funded through debt and the issue of 27,658,792 new ordinary shares in Savills plc (representing approximately 16% of the Group’s enlarged share capital) (“Consideration Shares”) to the ultimate holders of equity interests in Eastdil Secured, which are subject to lock-up provisions.

An application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the Consideration Shares and it is expected that these will be admitted to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange and to listing on the Equity Shares (Commercial Companies) Listing Category of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority on 4 August 2026 at 8.00 a.m. (London).

On 4 August 2026, the total number of voting ordinary shares, including the Consideration Shares, will be 174,018,218. This share count may be used by shareholders to determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Savills plc will provide an update on its first half performance, together with further details on the transaction, when it announces its results for the six months ended 30 June 2026 on 13 August 2026.
