Melrose Industries appoints Gillian Elcock as a Non-executive Director

Melrose Industries plc (LON:MRO) has announced the appointment of Gillian Elcock to its Board as a Non-executive Director with effect from Wednesday 21 June 2023.

Gillian has extensive investment research experience including several years covering aerospace and defence as an analyst at Putnam Investments and Insight Investment. Gillian is also the founder and former Managing Director of Denny Ellison, an independent investment research and training company. She has two engineering degrees from MIT and an MBA from the Harvard Business School, and is currently a Non-executive Director of International Biotechnology Trust plc, and a member of the Board of the CFA UK.

Justin Dowley, Non-executive Chairman of Melrose Industries, said:
