Johnson Matthey plc (LON:JMAT) has announced that Anna Manz, Chief Financial Officer, has decided to leave the group after almost four years and will join London Stock Exchange Group as Chief Financial Officer and a member of the board of LSEG plc.
Anna will leave JM and step down from our board on 20th November 2020, the day after the publication of the company’s interim results.
A process has commenced to identify a successor to Anna and an appointment will be announced in due course.

Her absolute focus on efficiency and strategy execution has already delivered tangible benefits and she has played an important role in creating the strong foundations to drive efficiency and growth in JM for many years to come. Anna has shown great passion for our purpose to use our science to create a cleaner, healthier world and she leaves a strong team and capable finance function.
