Hercules Site Services completes acqusition of Future Build

Hercules Site Services plc (LON:HERC), a leading technology enabled labour supply company for the UK infrastructure sector, has announced that, following the admission of 994,431 ordinary shares to trading on AIM today, the acquisition of Future Build Recruitment Ltd, announced on 30 November 2023, has now completed.

Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, Hercules Site Services’s issued share capital consists of 63,422,415 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each with full voting rights.  The figure of 63,422,415 may be used by the Company’s shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
