Hercules Plc expects annual revenue to exceed £130 million for the year ended September 2026, above previous market expectations of £127 million.
The AIM-listed infrastructure services company said revenue would increase by approximately 7.3% year on year, supported by demand across UK infrastructure projects, including HS2 and Sizewell C.
Its largest operating division continued to perform strongly, with customer numbers increasing by 10% compared with the previous year. Hercules continued supplying workers to the Birmingham section of HS2 while expanding into power, utilities and civil engineering.
The company’s power and energy division, established in August 2026 following the acquisition of Advantage NRG, also performed well. Its civil projects division is expected to deliver a record year, with revenue increasing by approximately 25%.
Chief Executive Brusk Korkmaz said the company had strengthened its position in UK infrastructure markets, expanded its specialist capabilities and developed relationships with major customers.
The board remains positive about the outlook for the new financial year, citing a growing pipeline of opportunities, increased operational capacity and continued investment across UK infrastructure.
