Dunelm Group plc Rachel Osborne resigns to join Debenhams

Dunelm Group Plc (LON:DNLM), the UK’s leading homewares retailer, announced today that Rachel Osborne has resigned as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect, following her appointment as Chief Financial Officer at Debenhams, which has a competitive overlap with Dunelm. A search to appoint a new Non-Executive Director in Rachel’s place will begin imminently.

Andy Harrison, Chairman, said: “We fully understand Rachel’s decision to step down, and that her executive career takes priority. We wish her well in her new role and thank her for her contribution to Dunelm.”

Debenhams have said Osborne would receive a basic salary of 439,000 pound and with bonus schemes that could reach maximum level of variable remuneration at 200 percent of basic salary.
