Device Authority will use TechWorks Summit 2026 to strengthen its position in IoT and operational technology security, with a focus on continuous compliance, artificial intelligence and quantum risk.
The company will take part in the Secure track at the TechWorks Semiconductors to Systems Summit 2026. Chief Technology Officer James Penney is scheduled to speak on Continuous IoT & OT Compliance in the Age of AI and Quantum Risk.
The subject closely matches Device Authority’s core market. The company focuses on machine identity, connected-device security, automated credential management and post-quantum readiness. As more devices and operational systems become connected, businesses face a growing need to secure them continuously rather than rely on one-off controls.
TechWorks Summit 2026 brings together NMI, DESN, AESIN and the IoT Security Foundation for the first time. More than 600 industry leaders are expected to attend the 30th anniversary event, which is being delivered in partnership with the UK Semiconductor Centre.
Device Authority’s role in the Secure track is particularly relevant because cybersecurity is becoming more closely tied to the wider design and operation of connected systems. The company’s message is that compliance must be maintained throughout the lifecycle of IoT and OT assets, especially as AI introduces new security demands and quantum computing creates longer-term risks for existing encryption methods.
The summit also gives Device Authority a platform to position its technology around those changes before they become more pressing operational issues. Continuous compliance, automated machine identity and preparation for post-quantum security all sit within areas that organisations are increasingly having to address as connected infrastructure becomes more complex.
Senior commercial executives will also attend. Chief Executive Officer Darron Antill and Vice President of Sales EMEA Paul Lockley are due to join Penney at the event.
