MONTHLY UPDATE

As at 31 July 2026, the Company was invested in a diversified portfolio of 22 investments with a valuation of £280.7m.

The Company’s available cash was £13.4m, net effective leverage was 29.5% and it has £8.2m invested in Cash Equivalents (MMF).

During the month, a senior loan financing a French hotel in Courchevel repaid in full, realizing an unlevered IRR of 10% and £1.1m in proceeds.
