All Together Money’s CU Futures programme has continued its leadership development activities with two days of training in London, hosted at Arbuthnot Latham’s head office.
The September sessions marked the third consecutive year that Arbuthnot Latham has hosted the programme at its Finsbury Circus offices, supporting the development of future leaders across the credit union sector.
The two-day programme focused on leadership, communication and professional skills. Neil Dixon from the Pacific Institute led the first day, while Liz Barclay delivered presentation and media training on the second, helping participants develop their confidence when communicating with different audiences.
Lee Summers, Senior Commercial Banker at Arbuthnot Latham, said the bank was pleased to continue hosting the programme and supporting the next generation of credit union leaders.
The CU Futures programme gives participants opportunities to develop their skills, build professional networks and learn from experienced figures across the credit union movement and wider financial services sector.
The programme is supported by the Credit Union Foundation, which is celebrating 25 years since its formation in 2026.
Matt Bland, Chief Executive of All Together Money, said the programme was an opportunity to invest in the future of the credit union movement. He thanked Arbuthnot Latham and the programme’s funders and partners for supporting the training and providing participants with professional opportunities and connections.
