Sigma GRP secures new funding to accelerate acquisitions and expansion

Arbuthnot Banking Group

Sigma GRP Limited has secured a new asset-based lending facility from Arbuthnot Commercial Asset Based Lending to support its expansion and acquisition plans.

The flexible funding arrangement provides additional financial capacity for Sigma to pursue acquisitions and respond more quickly to growth opportunities.

Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Castleford, near Leeds, Sigma employs around 400 people worldwide. The company provides outsourced procurement, project delivery, retail display, logistics and supply chain services to major retailers and commercial brands.

Sigma delivers more than 5,000 projects annually and has recorded consistent double-digit growth through organic expansion and strategic acquisitions.

The new facility is designed to provide additional funding headroom as the company looks to accelerate its acquisition strategy. This gives management greater flexibility to pursue potential transactions without relying solely on existing resources.

Sigma serves major businesses across food retail, pharmaceuticals, fashion and the wider high street. Its services include creating and refurbishing retail environments, with a focus on improving efficiency and reducing operating costs.

Arbuthnot was selected following a competitive lending process and structured a facility tailored to Sigma’s business requirements.
