Cizzle Biotechnology Holdings plc (LON:CIZ), the UK based diagnostics developer of early cancer tests, announces that the Company’s notice of Annual General Meeting has been posted to shareholders and will shortly be available for viewing on the Company’s website at https://cizzlebiotechnology.com.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday 16 June 2026 at the offices of Shakespeare Martineau LLP, C/O Ampa Holdings LLP, Level 19, The Shard, 32 London Bridge Street, London, United Kingdom, SE1 9SG.
