Executive Chair’s Statement

I am pleased to present the Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2025 which has been a period of strategic advancement and commercial momentum for the Group. The year marked a transitional period as we moved from a development-focused organisation towards commercial execution. Our core mission continues to be the transformation of lung cancer outcomes by enabling earlier detection through a costeffective and scalable blood test that measures the CIZ1B biomarker, which has shown high sensitivity for early-stage disease.
