Cerillion unveils flexible Self-Service module for enhanced telecom engagement

Cerillion plc

Cerillion plc (LON:CER), has introduced the general availability of Cerillion 24.2, the latest update to its pre-integrated BSS/OSS suite. This release centres on the new composable Self Service module, designed to advance digital engagement for telecom service providers.

The Self Service module is constructed on a new architecture, prioritising a user-focused design. Its adaptable user interface framework includes advanced digital experience composition, streamlined content management for one-click deployments, and detailed user behaviour analytics. This system is crafted to enable effortless sales journeys and seamless service management, offering telecom companies flexibility and control over the user experience.

Telecom providers (CSPs) no longer face the dilemma of choosing between off-the-shelf self-service products, which are fast to implement but lack adaptability, and fully customised solutions, which are often costly to develop and maintain. Cerillion’s Self Service module addresses both needs, combining a commercially available product with ongoing support from a well-established BSS/OSS provider. Additionally, it incorporates cutting-edge technology to deliver a modern digital engagement solution that is both cost-effective for initial implementation and flexible enough to adapt and evolve over time.

This Self Service module aligns with Cerillion’s principle of offering adaptability through configuration, avoiding costly customisation. The core product remains standard across customers, while differentiation is achieved through a no-code design system. Furthermore, the Self Service Pro option provides a visual content management system, allowing full control over the digital experience and facilitating integration with external data sources.

Louis Hall, CEO of Cerillion, remarked on the release, underscoring the company’s commitment to supporting CSPs with scalable solutions that drive operational efficiency and enhance customer experience. He highlighted that Cerillion 24.2 and its Self Service module allow telecom providers to deliver tailored, frictionless customer journeys without the usual time and cost constraints associated with customisation. This release promises both rapid market entry and long-term flexibility.

With an open and decoupled architecture, Cerillion Self Service is pre-integrated within Cerillion’s BSS/OSS suite and can also connect with any BSS/OSS platform via standard TM Forum Open APIs.

Cerillion 24.2 represents a significant step forward for digital engagement solutions in the telecom industry, providing a flexible, future-proof option for CSPs looking to enhance customer experiences efficiently.
