Cerillion will showcase its BSS/OSS platform and agentic AI capabilities at TM Forum Innovate Americas 2026 in Dallas on 6 and 7 October. The company will attend as a Silver Sponsor and will exhibit from Booth 12, giving it direct access to communications service providers and technology decision-makers from across the Americas.
Cerillion’s focus at the event will be straightforward: demonstrate how its software can help telecom operators modernise core systems, automate more processes and introduce artificial intelligence into day-to-day operations.
A central part of the presentation will be Cerillion’s Model Context Protocol Server and agentic AI capabilities. These are designed to allow AI agents to interact with enterprise systems and support automated workflows.
Cerillion will also promote its pre-integrated BSS/OSS suite, which covers areas including product management, order capture, service orchestration, billing and customer management. The company’s proposition is based on reducing the complexity that can arise when operators depend on multiple systems and vendors.
Cerillion will demonstrate support for TM Forum Open APIs and Open Digital Architecture, both of which are intended to make telecoms systems easier to integrate and adapt. The company will also show its composable digital experience capabilities.
Cerillion’s low-code and no-code configuration tools will also be featured. Its catalogue-driven model allows operators to configure products, services and business processes without relying entirely on traditional software development. This can reduce development dependency and make it easier to respond to changing commercial requirements.
