Aptamer Group reports strong FY2025 growth and expands Optimer® portfolio

Aptamer Group plc (LON:APTA), the leading developer of next-generation synthetic binders delivering innovation to the life science industry, has announced that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2025 and Notice of its 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) were posted to shareholders today.

Aptamer will host its AGM at 11:00 GMT on 27 November 2025 at Windmill House, Innovation Way, York, YO10 5BR. The AGM will be held in person only and there will be no new information presented at the meeting.

The results of voting on all resolutions at the AGM will be announced to the London Stock Exchange and the full results of the voting published on the Company’s website, as soon as practicable after the conclusion of the AGM.

Aptamer Group said H1 2026 revenue rose 27% to £0.83 million, with progress across licensing, fee-for-service contracts and asset development. The company also announced a bookbuild expected to raise at least £3.75 million to extend cash runway into 2028.
