XP Factory plc (LON:XPF), one of the UK’s pre-eminent experiential leisure businesses, has announced that, further to the announcement of its audited final results on 23 May 2023, the Company’s 2022 annual report and accounts has now been finalised:

Copies of the annual report and accounts will be posted to shareholders later today together with the notice of the Company’s Annual General Meeting which is scheduled to take place on 26 June 2023.  A copy of the notice of meeting which contains links to an online proxy form is also available on the Company’s website.
