The British Land Company PLC – Increase Dividend

The British Land Company PLC (LON: BLND) announced today that the first interim dividend payment for the quarter ended 30 June 2019 will be 7.9825 pence per share, an increase of 3% on the first interim dividend last year. The first interim dividend will be paid on 08 November 2019 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 04 October 2019.

The first interim dividend will be a Property Income Distribution and no SCRIP alternative will be offered.
