Tesco PLC Directorate and Board Committee Membership Change

Tesco PLC (LON:TSCO) today announced that Melissa Bethell will be joining the Board as a non-executive Director and become a member of the Audit Committee with effect from 24 September 2018. Melissa brings extensive executive and non-executive financial, technology and strategic experience to the Board.
