In addition, the Company announces that its Notice of Annual General Meeting 2023 has been sent to shareholders. The 2023 Annual General Meeting will be held at our Heart building, Shire Park, Welwyn Garden City, Herts, AL7 1TW on Friday, 16 June 2023 at 11.30am.
The Company’s Annual Report and Financial Statements 2023 and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2023 can be viewed on the Company’s website at www.tescoplc.com or hard copies of the documents obtained free of charge on request from the Company Secretary.
