Strix Group Plc Signs land purchase agreement with the Zengcheng Government

At today’s Annual General Meeting of Strix Group Plc (LON: KETL), the AIM quoted global leader in the design, manufacture and supply of kettle safety controls and other complementary water temperature management components, Gary Lamb, Chairman, will make the following statement:

“The Company is pleased to announce it has signed a land purchase agreement with the Zengcheng Government and expects to start construction of the new factory at the end of Q3 this year as scheduled.

“I am also pleased to report that the Company continues to trade in line with market expectations for the year ending 31 December 2019.”
