Sage Group Soni Jiandani to step down as Non-Executive Director

Sage Group (LON:SGE) has today announced that Soni Jiandani has advised the Board of her intention to stand down from her position as a Non-executive Director of Sage in order to fully focus her time on her other business commitments. Soni will not stand for re-election at the next Annual General Meeting on 25 February 2020.

Soni Jiandani joined Sage in February 2017 as a Non-executive Director and as a member of the Nomination Committee.

Sir Donald Brydon, Sage Group Chairman, said: “I would like to thank Soni for her contribution to the Board, in particular the insight and experience she brought to Board discussions on technology transformation and market disruption.”
