Real Estate Credit Investments Ltd (LON:RECI), a non-cellular company incorporated in Guernsey, has announced that its Investment Manager’s monthly Fact Sheet as at 30 September 2024 is now available:

  • As at 30 September 2024, the Company was invested in a diversified portfolio of 26 investments with a valuation of £308.5m. Cash Balance was £18.6m. Net effective leverage was 19.8%.
  • An interim dividend of 3p per share was declared on 18 September 2024, to be paid on 18 October 2024 to Ordinary Shareholders on the register at the close of business on 27 September 2024.
  • RECI continues to use its cash to invest into new and existing loan commitments and carry out share buybacks.
  • A full attribution of changes in the NAV per share is presented in the table:
