Poolbeg Pharma plc (LON: POLB, OTCQB: POLBF), a biopharmaceutical company focussed on the development and commercialisation of innovative medicines targeting diseases with a high unmet medical need, has confirmed that the Company’s Annual Report and Accounts for the period ended 31 December 2023 and the notice of Annual General Meeting will be posted to shareholders today.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of DAC Beachcroft LLP, 25 Walbrook, London EC4N 8AF, United Kingdom on 13 June 2024 at 2pm.
