Ocado Group plc (LON:OCDO), the leading online grocery platform and solutions provider, has announced that it has completed the acquisition of Kindred Systems Inc. following satisfaction of the closing conditions. This follows the announcement of an agreement to acquire Kindred Systems made on 02 November 2020.
