M&G plc 2025 results: AUMA reaches £375.9bn as net inflows return

M&G plc (LON:MNG) has issued its 2025 Annual Report and Accounts.

The Annual Report is available on the M&G plc website at https://group.mandg.com/investors/results-and-announcements and has been submitted in full unedited text to the Financial Conduct Authority’s National Storage Mechanism.

The Company’s 2026 Notice of Annual General Meeting will be mailed to shareholders on 26 March 2026, in line with shareholder communication preferences.

M&G plc announces a second interim dividend of 13.8 pence per share, taking the total dividend for the year to 20.5 pence. The second interim dividend for the year ending 31 December 2025 will be paid in April:
