Melrose Industries PLC Appoint Funmi Adegoke as Independent Non-Executive Director

Melrose Industries Plc (LON: MRO) has today announced the appointment of Funmi Adegoke to its Board as an independent non-executive Director with effect from today, Tuesday 1st October 2019.

Originally qualifying as a barrister after reading law at Cambridge, Funmi has well over a decade of working in and leading legal teams across the globe at the large multi-nationals, Bombardier and BP. During this time she gained extensive experience within the aerospace, engineering, manufacturing and energy sectors. Funmi brings to the Board this diverse industrial knowledge as well as significant transactional and commercial management expertise.
