Lloyds Banking Group £1bn Share Buyback Programme Now Complete

Lloyds Banking Group (LON:LLOY) today announced that following the purchase of ordinary shares on 24 August 2018, the share buyback programme which was announced on 8 March 2018 has completed in accordance with its terms. The programme was managed by UBS AG, London Branch. In aggregate between 8 March 2018 and 24 August 2018, the Company repurchased 1,577,908,423 ordinary shares for an aggregate consideration of £1bn.

UBS AG, London Branch is acting on behalf of Lloyds Banking Group in relation to the programme and no-one else and will not be responsible to anyone other than the Group for providing the protections offered to clients of UBS AG, London Branch nor for providing advice in relation to such programme.
