Lion Finance Group publishes 2025 Annual Report as loan book reaches GEL 40.1bn

Lion Finance Group PLC (LON:BGEO) has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.

In accordance with UK Listing Rules 6.4.1R and 6.4.3R, it will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection shortly at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

In accordance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 6.3.5R(1A), the regulated information required to be communicated in unedited full text is included in the Company’s Annual Report which will shortly be available for inspection on the National Storage Mechanism.

The Company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for 22 May 2026. The Notice of the AGM will be dispatched to shareholders on or around 15 April 2026.
